Toyota Throws a Party, Digital Dave Breakdances, Hilarity Ensues

Toyota hosted their Antics party last night to kick things off here at the Mount Snow stop of the Dew Tour. With an open bar, T-Hall, and the ballinoutrageous DJing skills of Kid Koala, good times were inevitable. We got to see Tanner’s new pro model POC helmet (which, however sick, is not available for your viewing pleasure until it debuts at Winter X) and a breakdancing battle of epic proportions.

Hosted at the quaint Hermitage Inn, the Antics party had a DIY screen-printing station, killer hors’dourves, things seemed to be heading towards a cup of tea and a game of Scrabble. This is where the night got interesting.

Once the clock struck 11, Kid Koala was halfway through his set, the bar had been serving (free) beverages for three hours, party attendees were treated to a breakdancing battle of David & Goliath proportions. Freeskier’s Digital Dave Amirault vs. Newschoolers’ Doug Bishop. Check out the photos; it was epic.

That’s all I’ve got. Stoked to be in Vermont, check out our coverage of the Dew Tour slopestyle and pipe events as the weekend unfolds.
