Switzerland 07

Switzerland 07

Hiking in Switzerland, Summer 2007.

Welp, This was a sick trip. Once we landed in Geneva we had a full 2 week to roam about the country and check out the most famous peaks in the Alps. Our first major location was the Lauterbrunnen Valley- by far one of the most spectacular places I’ve ever laid eyes on. We took our time hiking our way around the Eiger, Monch, and Jungfrau.

Of course we had to hit up Zermatt and the Matterhorn. The second night there we stayed in the HornliHutte, (climbers hut at the foot of the Matterhorn). What can I say? Check out the photos.

I couldn’t imagine being in the Alps and not hitting one of my all time favorite resorts, Chamonix France. We crossed the border and spent our last 5 days in the shadow of Mt. Blanc. You talk about a good time… Europe in the summer is SICK!
