The Switch Academy runs out of Mountain Creek South in NJ. If you have not been to South in a while, it has been transformed into 100% terrain park. The Switch Academy was designed to help skiers get started and excel in the park. The coaches can help you slide your first rail, 270 on to a box, or spin a 7 off a jump. They have the features there that can make that happen, there is even a zip-line for those adverse to falling while learning.

There are 3 ways to get into the Switch Academy:

1 – Take a daily drop-in session (1.5 hours) for $39, available at 1 and 3 on weekdays and 9,11,1 and 3 on weekends and holidays. This is a great way to get a taste of what Switch Academy is all about, or to work on something specific before a comp or after a bad day.

2 – Join the holiday camps given on MLK and Presidents weekends. These camps run from 9 AM to 3 PM on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. This is a great deal at $139 for all three days! Much more in depth than the drop-in sessions due to the amount of time available.

3 – Sign up for the season and come in every weekend from 9 AM to 12 PM for $525. If you are thinking about this option you are welcome to take a drop-in session and if you like it you can have that amount applied to the season price.
