Ski it to Believe it – Brooks Curran Finds DEEP Powder in Vermont

Featured Image: Brooks Curran

It’s not too often people suggest that the deepest snow they’ve ever skied was found in…Vermont? The East Coast will have a few banner storms each winter, but January of 2025 was a special month. You might not know, but Vermont got hammered, and we’ve got the evidence to prove it. We salute your pal who bought the ticket to Japan, but they didn’t need to go so far to find scuba-deep action.

Nordica rider Brooks Curran shares a few clips with us in his latest POV compilation. “…it seems like it snowed just about every day of the month, providing for some of the lightest blower pow I’ve skied anywhere,” he mentioned. Brooks is one of the cleanest and most adventurous skiers we know, so when he says it’s some of the best snow he’s ever skied, we hold that in high regard, and so should you! Check out the full edit below, and be sure to check back with Curran for more glorious turns throughout the winter.

From YouTube:

Everyone flocks to Japan in January in search of powder skiing, but this year the pow showed up right here in Vermont.

It started slow with low overall cover, but it seems like it snowed just about every day of the month… providing for some of the lightest blower pow I’ve skied anywhere.

Here’s 10 min of skiing some of my favorite lines on the East Coast in all-time conditions.
