Ski Coach turned Lange Girl

Ski Coach turned Lange Girl

Hi, my name is Alexandra Otto and I live and alpine ski coach in Wenatchee, Washington. I come from generations of skiers. My dad is also a pro ski coach and has sent many athletes to the US Ski Team.

I work for the Mission Ridge Ski Team as the Head J3 (13 & 14 year old) coach. I grew up free-skiing with the boys, because we didn’t have many girls on the team. I raced from age 9 through college. As a junior athlete I skied on a pair of Langes! They were handed down to me from a friend/ teammate who later raced for the US Ski team. They are great boots

During my career I was on the PNSA Junior Olympic team twice and competed in Mid-Ams, Pontiac GMC Cup races, professional skiercross events and other various FIS races in the United States and Canada. I have been coaching for the last five years. This fall I had the opportunity to coach for the Men’s A/ World Cup team at Keystone in Colorado. It was a great time!

I am the girl that works on the hill everyday to make skiing a better sport. Langes have a great history in skiing and I would love to represent a company that works hard to keep skiing going strong!
