We’re now officially two-thirds of the way through the 2014 edition of the SIA Trade Show in Denver, Colorado. Day two saw even more new ideas, products, and innovations from some of the most forward thinking brands in the industry.

Up-and-coming helmet company Pret has introduced its new Carbon Effect helmet which features carbon composite plates in key areas of the helmet for added protection.

Trew, known for its technical outerwear offerings, has introduced the Snap Jack, a snap-up, Primaloft insulated work shirt that works great for cold days working outside, or as a midlayer on ultra cold days on the hill.

Dragon will continue to work with Nike to produce goggles for fall 2014, including the large fit Kyhber goggle, featuring a push and pull bracket system for quick lens changes.
