Despite the mid-winter storm system traveling across the West this week, spring is just around the corner. With spring comes longer and warmer days, soft snow and early-bird pass prices for next ski season. As of March 4, 2025-26 Epic Passes from Vail Resorts are officially on sale at the lowest possible price and for a limited time come with additional perks, including discounted day ticket offerings for your crew. Early birds, the proverbial worm is served.

With over 2.5 billion dollars invested into guest experience improvements over the past 15 years, Vail Resorts is constantly working to enhance its pass offerings on and off the snow. For the last three years lift line wait times have decreased year-over-year to less than three percent of lines this season exceeding 10 minutes—including on holidays and weekends.

The mobile pass option negates the need to go to a ticket window before getting on a chair or gondola, My Epic Assistant provides real-time mountain information and My Epic Gear makes schlepping skis to the mountain a pain of the past. Additionally, Vail Mountain has become the premiere high-alpine music venue for big-name artists, including Tiësto, Jungle and John Summit this year.

Buddy Ticket Perks

For a limited time this spring, every season pass purchased will include 10 Buddy Tickets, which offers up to 45% in individual lift ticket savings for friends and family all season long. Additional incentives with select Epic Pass purchases include up to six Ski With A Friend Tickets, which offer a discounted price on tickets purchased at the ticket window at select resorts.
