The weekend of activities culminated on Sunday with the finals for skiing big air at Freestyle.ch in Zurich, Switzerland. Eight skiers faced off against one another in a jam-like format, with most riders getting four jumps in. In the end, it was Sammy Carlson in 1st with a dub 1080 poke ad a rodeo 540 japan to mute poke… raising the level big time.
The Swiss love their superfinals, so the final four riders moved back up to the top for the final jumps. Newcomer Elias Ambuhl has been dropping pimp rodeos and switch double 1080 double mute, while Jon Olsson, master of double flips, had been doing just that. But in the end, Sammy's ninja skills were too much, with him eventually being crowned champion of Freestyle.CH.
2. Elias Ambuhl – 94.5
3. Andreas Hatveit – 91.5
4. Jon Olsson – 85.25
