When Roadhouse Brewing Company (RBC) co-founders Colby Cox and Gavin Fine first met in Jackson, Wyoming, there was an unspoken connection. No, it wasn’t their infatuation with the band, Phish: It was a common ground forged on the fact that Cox and Fine enjoyed concocting delicious flavors, whether it was through beer or food; and, working together, they realized an even greater potential to curate outrageously tasty food and drink.
In 2012, this meeting of minds spawned the beginning of what is now a beautiful brewery just outside downtown Jackson. Offering four year-round brews, including the ever-drinkable Loose Boots IPA and Trout Whistle American Pale Ale, amongst a variety of seasonal and collaboration beers, Roadhouse Brewing Co. has developed a production facility and bar at 1225 Gregory Lane that allows patrons to enjoy their libations in the next room over from where they were brewed.
As team FREESKIER arrived in Jackson Hole for the first stop on our 20th Anniversary RV & Party Tour, the team at Roadhouse Brewing Co. welcomed us with open arms (and cold beers) and gave us a tour of their brand-new, beautiful brewing facility, complete with German tanks and vintage wooden barrels. Take a look at our exclusive photo gallery, below, and be sure to keep your eyes peeled for RBC’s brews on a beer store shelf in a mountain town near you.
