Recent snowfall extends Snowshoe Mountain’s 2023 season

Many ski areas on the east coast have been blessed by the recent snowfall, including West Virginia’s Snowshoe Mountain. The ski area originally planned to call it a season on March 26 but will now operate through April 2.

Mikaela Shiffrin claims most World Cup wins of any skier, male or female

Mikaela Shiffrin has once again made history by claiming her 87th World Cup win—the most of any ski racer, male or female, ever. The historical moment took place in Are, Sweden, where the ski racer won her first World Cup title when she was just 15.
