Heavenly Resort unexpectedly closes gondola due to mechanical issues
When a problem was identified with the bearings high-speed shaft of the Heavenly Gondola, the essential lift service was closed promptly and indefinitely by the ski resort’s operations team. Until there is enough snow to get the Stagecoach lift operating, the only way to access the mountain is from the California Base.
