Weak storms predicted for the rest of 2023

Nothing exciting is in the forecast before the New Year but the most hopeful place to be in this next storm cycle is coastal British Columbia. Tahoe and the Sierra Nevadas can expect a little action and the East is looking at more rain, according to this week’s OpenSnow forecast.

Smartwool wants to turn your old clothes into shopping credit

Big Sky announces plans for new 8-person lift

This week Big Sky announced the new 8-person lift that will replace the current Six Shooter lift. Construction will begin summer 2024 and the resort plans to unveil the new lift at the beginning of the 2024-25 ski season.
