Markus Eder’s THE ULTIMATE RUN is the pinnacle of ski films

Filmed over the course of two years—a total of 90 days—Markus Eder packs an unbelievable punch in this 10-minute ski package. Arguably one of the most creative freestyle skiers on the planet, Eder has been dreaming of the ultimate run since 2015, and now its manifestation has been dropped on the interwebs for our viewing pleasure.

To kick off THE ULTIMATE RUN, Eder drops in from the top of Zermatt with a few Super-G-sized powder turns. From there, the line takes the Italian freerider across a glacial ice face, off massive cliffs and into the belly of the glacier—all before reaching the top of his home resort, Klausberg. Putting every single one of his skills to the ultimate test, this line has officially ranked Eder amongst the best all-around skiers to ever grace this planet. A testament to his dedication, creativity and undeniable talent, THE ULTIMATE RUN has just set a new standard for ski films.
