Time for a Snow Day: Last Week to Hit the Slopes at Big Bear Mountain Resorts Before End of Season!
Snow Summit Closes at 4 p.m. Saturday, April 23

(Big Bear Lake, Calif. – April 19, 2011) – It’s the last week for Southern California skiers and snowboarders to hit the slopes before the season officially ends at Big Bear Mountain Resorts as Snow Summit closes Monday April 23. Bear Mountain closed for the season on Sunday, April 10.

“This is the last week to hit the slopes before we officially close for the season,” said Chris Riddle, director of marketing for Big Bear Mountain Resorts. “Don’t miss out on some great Spring skiing. Thanks to some late winter storms, the snow coverage is still very good and the weather is beautiful.”

Snow Summit will remain open through Saturday, April 23 at 4p.m. All season passes, including Bear Only season passes, are valid at Snow Summit. Your pass must be valid for the day of your visit.

Guests are reminded to check out www.bigbearmountainresorts.com for the latest on events, weather and snow conditions, and road information. There are still three ways to Big Bear, including Hwy 38 (through Redlands), Hwy 18 from Waterman through Lake Arrowhead and Hwy 18 (the back way through Lucerne Valley).
