What is Ski Dice? Originating from the skateboard world of "Skate or Dice," the game would consist of a physical set of several dice. Each pair of dice would have a variety of trick options written on it which, when rolled, would create a trick combination that the rider would get to attempt. This concept then extended into the snowboard world, and now with the release of the official Ski Dice on the iTunes App Store, any freeskier with an iPhone or iPod Touch can play.

"After seeing all the skaters and snowboarders playing the game for a few years I thought it would be cool to have one for skiing. To my knowledge this product has never been available to skiers so I'm excited to get involved and help make it right from the start," said Jossi Wells, 2010 Overall Dew Tour Champion and 2009-10 AFP World Champion.
"In my opinion the best thing about 'Ski Dice' is the option to choose your difficulty level so tricks are totally customized to you. I didn't want 'Ski Dice' to be just for pros who can throw down every double cork, I want every freeskier at any level to be able to use it, and have fun out there on the hill with their friends."

– Launch the App when your out on the snow and ready to play
– Physically shake your iPhone to "Roll the Dice"
– Read out the trick that the Ski Dice randomly selects
– Go and try the trick!
Can you only spin a 180 or 360? No worries! A huge advantage of the Ski Dice is the ability to choose your own difficulty settings. This means no trick is out of reach and you are in total control. With Jump and Rail modes, spin options of up to 1080's and 6 different grab varieties — Ski Dice has EVERYONE covered.
Ski Dice is NOT a video game. It is designed for real freeskiers to use on the hill as they are actually skiing.
Jossi also added the first free update to the Ski Dice will be a full "Ski Tricktionary" with a breakdown of every grab, spin and slide. "You'll be able to learn the difference between a japan and mute on the way up the chair, and battle your buddies coming down. It's sick," says Wells.
Ski Dice is presented by Jossi Wells and is available now on the iTunes App Store for $1.99.
