FOR THE SIERRA AND THE LAKE TAHOE BASIN LATER THIS WEEK.
.A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM IN THE GULF OF ALASKA WILL DROP TO THE
NORTHERN CALIFORNIA COAST THURSDAY AND THEN INTO SOUTHERN
CALIFORNIA FRIDAY. RAIN AND SNOW WILL BEGIN THURSDAY…ESPECIALLY
IN THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS. AS THE SYSTEM PASSES THURSDAY NIGHT AND
FRIDAY.SNOW LEVELS WILL FALL AND PRECIPITATION WILL INTENSIFY.
THE STORM TRACK IS BECOMING A LITTLE MORE CERTAIN WITH SIGNIFICANT
SNOW POSSIBLE ACROSS MUCH OF THE SIERRA FROM SUSANVILLE SOUTH.
