In Case You Missed It…

The best from freeskier.com

Sean Pettit’s ’15 Full Part

There’s no denying that Sean Pettit is one of the greatest skiers on planet Earth. Now twenty-three years old, Pettit has been a pro skier for the majority of his life. Year after year, Sean P, out of British Columbia, Canada, manages to impress the ski community with some of the most insane footage in the game.

Per usual, Pettit has outdone himself once again, with another fabulous film piece. Above, you’ll find his full-part from Super Proof’s 2015 flick, The Masquerade. The eight-plus-minute segment features Pettit doing his thing around the world—stomping the heck out of double corks, monster cliffs, technical tricks and creative tree jibs. To put it simply, this is one ski performance that you don’t want to miss. Keep doin’ you, Sean.

Note: The cork 720 safety to perfect landing at the 6:20 mark is my personal favorite trick.

DPS Skis Presents The Shadow Campaign: Reverie

Featuring Piers Solomon and Santiago Guzman, the latest episode of DPS Skis and Outdoor Research’s web series The Shadow Campaign provides a familiar emotion for us diehard skiers—praying for snow. After patiently waiting for a fresh coat of the white fluffy stuff, the DPS team was thoroughly rewarded on a recent trip to Italy. Watch the installment, as Solomon and Guzman take advantage of the goods.

Ski The East: Spectral—Cliffs of Stowe

Ski The East and Meathead Films have launched the most recent episode of their east-coast-only web series, Spectral. The episode, dubbed “Cliffs of Stowe,” features rockin’ gladed powder and a collection of badass cliff hucks on Vermont’s highest peak, Mt. Mansfield.

Multi-talented Sebi Geiger’s ’15 Legs of Steel Footage

The latest edit from the Legs of Steel crew features none other than Germany’s Sebastian Geiger. Throughout the three-minute installation, Geiger proves that he can shred the backcountry as well as the terrain park with ease. Kick your feet up and enjoy the show.

Cats Afraid of Cucumbers

https://youtu.be/_BRp7ezUqbI

I didn’t realize that this was a thing? Cats being afraid of cucumbers? If this is real, I cannot wait until the next time I see a cat. It will rain cucumbers.

100 Synchronized Drones

This is pretty darn cool. Drones + a lightshow = heck yes. See you later, fireworks. Drones for the win. Also note: This is a Guinness World Record.

Norway’s Dangerous Atlantic Ocean Road

https://youtu.be/__AhijdLmaE

This road is every surfer’s dream. Get pitted before you even leave your car? That’s one way to get the vibes flowing before you put your wetsuit on. Surf’s up, bruh.

Buffet King

Take notes, everyone. This is the ultimate buffet power move. If you’re ever at a buffet with this kid, be sure to hide your noodles—he’s coming for ya.
