In Case You Missed It…

These shots of McRae Williams are so damn sick

McRae Williams was named the 2015 AFP Slopestyle World Champion, and deservedly so. Throughout the winter months, the Utah-native spends most days honing his craft in the pristine terrain parks at Park City Mountain Resort. Thankfully, cinematographer extraordinaire Drew Lederer tagged along for some hot laps with Williams last year to bag some super creative shots.

The real voice of Darth Vader

Did Darth Vader used to haunt your dreams? Well, the dark lord just got a whole lot less frightening. It turns out Vader actually has a very harmless, high-pitched Scottish accent. Pretty great stuff.

Nikolai Schirmer goes full-throttle in 2015 POV edit

We’re thankful that Nikolai Schirmer strapped a point of view camera atop his head before he charged a collection of extreme lines last year. Above, you’ll find the big mountain stud’s adrenaline-filled highlights from the 2014-15 shred season. It’ll certainly kickstart your heart and make you pray for pow.

This is how you dispose of your dirty evidence

In case you missed it, this drug lord was prepared for anything and everything. Do you think the cop shot down the paraphernalia?

Gypsy Feelin’ releases a dope trailer for 2015 film, Cruise Control

The Gpsy Feelin crew consists of Julien Lange, Leo Taillefer, Laurent de Martin, Flo Bastien, Alex Chabod, Pierre Antoine Chedal and Jules Bonnaire. If you aren’t already familiar with the group of frenchmen, to put it simply, they charge damn hard and have style smoother than a baby’s bottom. This year, the Gypsy gang embarked on a mission to create a badass feature film, titled Cruise Control. As far as we’re concerned, it’s going to be dope.

Long boarding at 70mph is extreme

I don’t care if you think long-boarding is lame, going 70 miles per hour on a skateboard is gnarly. One question, how did they film this so well?

It’s pow shots galore in Josh Mcskimming’s 2015 season edit

For those of you under the impression that last season was a “low snow” year, Josh Mcskimming is here to prove you otherwise. Mcskimming spent the majority of the 2014-15 shred season bagging shots in backcountry zones surrounding Revelstoke and Fernie, British Columbia. The Burrrlapz crew recently compiled the footage into an entertaining season edit.
