Who among us doesn’t love a good ol’ fashioned scavenger hunt? It sparks the competitive juices, strikes up team camaraderie and generally involves some type of prize. Combine a scavenger hunt with spring skiing, and you’re having more fun than a fox in a chicken coop! On April 4, Loveland Ski Area is holding its annual Mountain Adventure Scavenger Hunt, presented by New Belgium Brewing.

To enter, grab three of your friends, pick a unique team name (comedy is encouraged), don your best costumes, register at the Loveland Basin base area at 9 a.m., grab your clue sheet and head up the mountain. You’ll spend the day searching for clues across the ski area, answering riddles and, of course, tearing up one of the best spring skiing destinations in Colorado. Turn your sheet back into the folks at Loveland by 2 p.m., and be entered to win a slew of great prizes, depending on your point totals. New Belgium beer will be provided at apres (for those over 21) and live music will keep the party rockin’ into the evening.
