The snowpark opening event on Stubai Glacier comes back with all the well-known highlights and brings up some fresh action for your perfect start into the winter season 2011/2012. The MOREBOARDS Stubai Premiere 2011 will hold all ingredients for your perfect start into the upcoming season on October 21st until 23rd. Within only two years time, the snowpark opening on Stubai Glacier has become one of the most important events in early winter, standing for a great mixture of sessions and contests in the snowpark, great parties and its matchless spirit. This will certainly remain unchanged for the third edition.
In the brandsaloon at the top of the Eisgrat Station more than thirty brands out of the wintersports industry are going to showcase their latest hardware, offering a great range of products for free testing.
For the first time, a jib garden will be set up with rails and boxes right at the brandsaloon this year. The DJ crew „Wax Wreckaz“ is going to heat up the area out of the Zimtstern Lounge all weekend long with hot beats.
From the brandsaloon at Eisgrat, the „Schaufeljoch“ gondola leads you directly up to the top of the snowpark. For the upcoming season, the MOREBOARDS Stubai Zoo will be upgraded with an extra beginner / jib line beside a bunch of new obstacles. Furthermore, the snowpark is going to boast with a new parkbase for your chillout in a relaxed ambiance.
Some highlights on the schedule of the MOREBOARDS Stubai Premiere 2011 will be the Skullcandy Trick Sessions, Nitro Follow Me presented by Elias Elhardt and many more side events. However, the park will remain open to the public all three days.
No park opening event without party! For two nights Neustift/Stubaital will be shaking in four locations with several floors. 15 artists are going to bring along the right sound from Electro to Hiphop, Mash-up, while Indy/Rock and Reggae will get delivered right into the heart of the valley for the first time this year. No doubt, the lineup will promise great highlights for everyone´s taste.
