CHICAGO (APRIL 14, 2008) — Paul Mitchell, in conjunction with rEvolution and Freeskier magazine, announces the broadcast schedule for the halfpipe competition from the 2008 Paul Mitchell Opens Freeski tour’s first event, the North American Open (NAO) at Breckenridge. Hosted by Jon Olsson and Simon Dumont, the NAO halfpipe competition featured some of the best athletes from around the world competing at Breckenridge in late February (2/21-24). Event coverage from the halfpipe coverage will begin airing on FUEL TV starting April 15 with repeat airings later in the month (coverage from the slopestyle competition began airing on April 8). The schedule of airings for the competitions from the others Opens events, (Big Bear Open, CA and Mount Snow Open, VT) will be coming soon.
North American Open halfpipe highlights include:
• Video of the groundbreaking “jam session†format where amateur skiers got to ski in a relaxed environment with some of the best freeskiers in the world, including Simon Dumont
