Happy Friday!
Freeskier is in Aspen to cover the Aspen Snowmass Open and to enjoy the Aspen nightlife (as evidenced by this short account of last night).
Yesterday was the first of two days of qualifying and the event is living up to its reputation as the premiere open pipe and slope event on the AFP schedule. Naturally, after a day scouting the up-and-coming talent, we felt the need to throw a Freeskier Party.
Freeskier and Coors took over Bad Billy’s in downtown Aspen and turned the place upside down until last call. We met some great locals, some lovely visitors from Australia and enjoyed more than a few cold adult beverages with our good friends in the great city of Aspen.
Good time had by all. Thanks to Chris and his crew at Bad Billy’s for putting up with our racket!
