Hello to all the Fantasy Freeride players out there. I think we’ve been pretty good the last couple of weeks about FFL, but there is some news to tell you and some questions to be addressed. So, without further ado:
As you all know, there are two competitions coming up, with big names attending both. The North American Open in Breckenridge and the Nippon Open in Japan. Yes, both will be scored. Yes, both will be weighted appropriately and timely (hopefully). However, since Japan is approximately 17 hours ahead of where Freeskier’s International Headquarters is, that means trading will close a day earlier, so that no one can get an upper hand if you happen to know someone overseas. IMPORTANT: TRADING WILL CLOSE WEDNESDAY, FEB. 20 IN THE AM.
We cannot tell you the weight of the comps, so stop asking.
Yes, if the athlete base out there can handle 2 comps in a weekend, then Fantasy Freeride can too. The events on the calendar are there for a reason. And it makes it harder.
Yes, we know it is, and we’re doing all we can to fix the code. In the meantime, you can take comfort in knowing that it hasn’t affected your points. we’re wondering who is in first, just as much as you.
Hopefully this addresses some of your concerns. And remember, trading closes WEDNESDAY IN THE AM.
