Following the announcement of the 2012 Winter X Games schedule (which for the first time includes an evening slopestyle event under the lights) ESPN has now announced an updated athlete roster.
One additional spot is available in both the men's and women's superpipe event. Said spots will be awarded to the victors at the upcoming The North Face Park and Pipe Open Series in Whistler, BC.
The athletes below earned their X Games invitations based on competitive results, in addition to the 2010-11 and 2011-12 AFP World Rankings.
