Here we are early January and X-games is right around the corner. The Empire team has been based in Summit County the last few weeks getting their legs under them for the coming contest season. Simon, Jossi, Peter and Colby have been riding at Breckenridge and Keystone and were obviously eagerly awaiting the opening of the big jump lines. With X-games upon us in about a week the boys decided to get some double flips going as soon as they opened up the big line at Area 51. Watching these guys session the park has been sick and you can tell they are all pushing each other harder everyday. The new tricks you see are all in their infancy and watching the boys learning and trying new stuff together has been truly epic. It is a very unique relationship that these top competitors can train together and push each other so hard everyday.
