Well we were wrong, and Copper Mountain has released something quite brilliant. It's called the Powder Pass, and every day it snows more than 4 inches at Copper Powder Pass holders ski for free.
What's the catch?
Catch is, it costs $99 to buy a Powder Pass. Then there are no more catches. You just sit back and pray for big snow. Copper averages 42 storms a year that dump 4 plus inches of snow. If you do the math that's $2.35 per day.
If you haven't bought yourself, or Uncle Eddie, a Christmas present yet then this might be right up your alley. Ski any day at Copper when it snows 4 inches or more (with no blackout dates) for only $99.
