COPPER OPENS the SEASON with 3rd ANNUAL LIFT OFF
Festivities Include Free Live Music from Tim Reynolds
Copper doesn’t take the arrival of winter lightly, in fact, we throw a party. Copper’s Lift Off happens Nov. 2-4 with ski and snowboard film premieres, free live music, après parties, ski and snowboard demos and a chance to win tons of giveaways.
Copper has a reputation as one of the top live music venues in the Rocky Mountains and Lift Off holds true with music from: Tim Reynolds, DJ Babu from Dilated Peoples, Rahzel of the Roots, The Beatnuts, DJ Fashen and Outformation with Sam Holt, Jeff Layne and CR Gruver. Burning Stones Plaza will rock with free music both Saturday and Sunday. The music line-up is as follows*:

Lift Off promises tons of après during the weekend festivities. Anticipate those soon to come powder days with other ski and ride addicts while watching this years ski and snowboarding videos. Guests can also enjoy Happy Hour drink specials all day long, Lift Off parties at several of Copper’s bars and great raffle prizes all weekend. The après specials are as follows*:

There are tons of prizes and giveaways to be had during Lift Off. Ride the designated Lift Off Chair on Copper’s opening weekend and you’ll have a chance to win items such as: Beeline Passes, 07-08 Copper Season Passes, 07-08 winter lift tickets, free rentals, free ski or board tunes, food and beverage deals, dog sledding tours, snowmobile tours and more.
Leave your skis or snowboards at home and kick off the season in style on the latest and greatest equipment from Salomon and Burton during Lift Off at the early season demo center. Try one piece of equipment or as many pieces as you like. The first hour is free and the demo will be going Fri, Sat and Sun, Nov. 2-4.
Stay the entire weekend at Copper during Lift Off. After a day of making some turns on the mountain, ski and snowboard film premieres, free live music, après parties and the ski and snowboard demos you can stay the night just steps away from the slopes, bars, shops and restaurants. With the SKI FREE, STAY FREE package guests can buy three nights of lodging and lift tickets and get an additional night and day of lifts for free. **The Saturday night show is located in the Copper Conference Center, tickets are $12 per person. Doors open at 8:00 p.m. Tickets are on sale now at the Copper Adventure Desk, which is open from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. until November 1. Starting November 2, the hours are 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. Guests can also buy tickets at the door the night of the show from 6 – 9:30 p.m. This is an all-ages show, but parental guidance is suggested, as some material may not be appropriate for children.
