Chair #2 Set to Open This Weekend!
After a couple of inches of fresh snow on Tuesday night and Wednesday morning, the weather has returned to being sunny and warm. Just in time for the weekend! These spring-like conditions in November make for excellent skiing and riding, not to mention smiles on everyone’s face. And if the conditions aren’t enough to make you smile, maybe more terrain will. It has been announced that Chair #2 will officially open this Sunday, November 4th providing access to runs Fire Bowl and Turtle Creek.
Not only is Chair #2 opening this weekend, but the Valley’s Chair #3 is opening on Saturday for race training. The Valley will not be open to the public this weekend. The projected opening of the Valley to the public as well as the start of the Loveland Ski School is November 17th. Announcements will be made as the time grows near. Snowmaking has been going strong around the clock, so be sure to check our
run status to find out which runs are open and groomed. Keep an eye on the forecast as well and pray for some snow!
