Ski resorts are starting to ban two lines of Burton snowboards due to topsheet art featuring Playboy modes (LOVE series) and self-mutilation (PRIMO series). The ban only applies to employees on the clock and in uniform.
Currently the following resorts have banned employees from using either series: Killington Resort, Pico Mountain, Stowe Mountain Resort, Vail, Breckenridge, Beaver Creek, Keystone, Heavenly Mountain.
Here is a brief taste of some of the artwork, [https://community.freeskier.com/photos/photo.php?photo_id=10610 to see more of the topsheets you can check out our complete gallery].

The controversy comes on the heels a Burton video contest last year which challenged snowboarders to invade the handful of resorts that still don’t allow snowboarding while documenting the mission. In an ironic twist, the contest was won by two Mad River Glen locals. And if you are a MRG local, you sure as hell don’t snowboard!
Mad River, Alta and Deer Valley are the last three holdouts in the snowboarding ban.
