Four epic weeks and a boatload of skis—all for one jam-packed Buyer’s Guide print issue set to drop this fall. The FREESKIER Gear Lab, our new and improved approach to testing next year’s gear, took place this winter and early spring on Vail Mountain. Our HQ in East Vail housed our trusty testers and staff so we could easily access the mountain on. the. daily. It’s no easy feat getting out on that many sticks, but somebody’s gotta do it!
We closed out the Gear Lab with a Beach’n Apres shin dig where Kona Big Wave was flowing. In case you want to relive all the fun or just see what skis we put to work, we broke down every week of the FREESKIER Gear Lab into four sexy recap videos presented by T-Mobile.
