The Montana boys didn’t disappoint with their third installment, which includes a solid dose of urban, park and backcountry booter sessions. The upbeat soundtrack includes everything from indie to hip hop to David Bowie, and the movie comes out of the gate with a banger segment of Shay Lee abusing his body to get the money shots. The vibe of the movie is grassroots but the cinematography and quality production value remind you that this is not Toy Soldier’s first rodeo. A feeling of camaraderie between everybody on screen really comes through with stylish and innovative riding being thrown down on creative features including a skate park scene that artfully blends skiing and snowboarding with BMX and skateboarding.
