The Ultimate To-Do List at Killington

1. Best On-Mountain Food: Jerk Jamaican Mountain Grill — All-new this season, the Jerk Jamaican Mountain Grill. Yah, mon—refuel with top-notch, seasoned meats, shred and repeat.

2. Best Groomer Run: Great Eastern — From the top of the K1 Gondola, hit Great Eastern via Great Northern and Bear Trax. It’s killer warm-up lap to get the legs moving, and the longest on the mountain. Plenty of natural side-hits along the way as well.

3. Best Tree Run: The Stash — Nothing compares to The Stash, a gladed park full of super fun wooden features and playful carved out zones to rip turns in. Killington is known across the East Coast for many reasons, and this trail is one of them.

4. Best Gnarly Terrain: Devil’s Fiddle — Devil’s Fiddle is laced with all sorts of humps, bumps and cliffs that back up Killington’s nickname, “Beast of the East.”

5. Best Lift To Lap On a Pow Day: Bear Mountain Quad — Bear Mountain Quad accesses some of the resort’s most challenging terrain, tucked away from the crowds. Give Centerpiece and Outer Limits tries to really get sendy.

6. Best Terrain Park: “The Stashmaker” — All-new for this season, the fine folks are connecting The Stash, a gladed park full of wooden features, with the Dreammaker park. Dubbed “The Stashmaker” by locals, this’ll be a not-to-miss zone.

7. Best Lodge: Bear Mountain Lodge — Bear Mountain Lodge, hands down. This area of the mountain has some of the gnarliest terrain in Vermont, and the lodge boasts some of its best mountain food, too. Go for the Park Crew Breakfast or Lunch. Upstairs, you can also find a pizza bar and kick it in the park crew lounge.

8. Best Après: Roaring Brook Umbrella Bar — Roaring Brook Umbrella Bar (RBU) at the base of Superstar Trail is simply classic. Post up with your squad, enjoy some Vermont craft brews, and reflect on your epic shredding.
