These planks were made for surfin’ and that’s just what they’ll do. The Völkl One Women’s Skis utilize a full rocker profile and tapered tips and tails, causing one tester to say the ski was “more playful than any Völkl [she’d] ever been on.” That lively, floaty nature makes it a go-to for any female thirsting for pow. Poplar throughout the majority of the ski keeps them snappy and “smooth, easy, beautiful skis in the pow and crud,” while dense ash wood underfoot helps promote stability and edge hold. This hardpack competence wasn’t lost on our testers, who called it “stable on the flats” and “held a great edge on groomers.”
