The bib features a large outer-zip on the right side, making it easy to get in and out, which can also be combined with inner thigh vents to dump heat quickly on the way uphill. The jacket comes with classic underarm venting, a lack of shoulder seams to ensure comfort while wearing a backpack, and a stretch powder skirt that keeps you dry when the snow gets deep out there. The bib boasts a finely-articulated fit, single-pull suspender adjustment and radio loop in the bib pocket—a nice touch for skiers who spend a lot of time on sleds or skins.
