For 2025, Line has gotten rid of women’s-specific skis and is now just offering “rad skis, for rad people.” The all-new Pandora 106 is one of those rad skis and with a light, stable and energetic feel, it’s sure to make the side-hit-loving, pow-turn-seeking skiers happy.
Inside the Pandora 106, you’ll find a combination of materials that give the progressive skier a leg up when it comes to surfing on deep days and cruising packed pow under the sun. The construction of the Pandora series is very similar to the acclaimed Line Optic, but without the Titanal strip. This ski caters to the rider that wants a stable plank under their feet with a little more play than is traditionally offered in all-mountain skis.
The aspen veneer core, full-height sidewalls and Line’s new Bio-Resin improve durability, combining to make a ski that feels as good as it looks. Think of it as the perfect balance between stable and playful. To make the ski feel intuitive, Line has added their 5 radius sidecut, essentially changing the radius of the ski depending on where you are in the turn. This makes the ski feel more engaging and allows you to experiment with different turn shapes. Line continues the innovation with a directional flex, making the tip slightly softer than the tail, giving you snap out of your turns and an easier turn initiation.
We’d recommend this ski for the progressive freeride-oriented skier who is looking for a dependable weapon this season . Perfect for soft snow and boundless creativity, the Pandora 106 is a bright sign for the current and future state of Line skis.
