J Skis Allplay skis – 2015
Almost 20 years ago, Jason Levinthal paved the way for small ski brands when he launched Line Skis. He is now reinventing the process with J Skis, which produces limited runs of skis that are sold directly to consumers. Originally called the First!, the J Skis Allplay has been produced with a number of graphic treatments and includes ingredients that you’ll find in many J Skis: a maple and aspen core, rockered tip and tail, and sandwich sidewall construction. All of these add up to a solid ride that you can take anywhere, from icy parks to powdery trees. “A very lightweight, sleek, and all-around super fun ski,” said one tester.
