Gordini entered the performance ski sock market last year with the introduction of multiple new technologies, including OrbitKnit. This unique weaving pattern, implemented in all of the brand’s socks, replaces an elastic cuff and compresses without constricting. A midweight ski sock, the Notch uses a blend of merino wool and polypropylene yarn to wrap the foot in a warm, moisture-wicking blanket. The sock features instep compression and arch support, a heel pocket to hold the foot tight and seamless toe closure to avoid rubbing and blistering. Additionally, the terry cushion in the heel, toe and underfoot provide a silky-smooth next-to-skin feel.
