Karl Fostvedt's Team Poacher RAS Vest | 2025

Designed in collaboration with Dakine athlete “Crazy Karl” Fostvedt, the Poacher RAS Vest combines all the best storage and safety elements of a backcountry pack and offers them in a slim and maneuverable profile. The front of the vest features six pockets that allow you to distribute your small necessities for easy access on-the-fly, along with a rescue whistle on the sternum strap. The back of the vest features a fleece-lined goggle/sunglass pocket up top and a main compartment for your safety tools. When it’s time to go uphill, a diagonal ski carry makes easy work of the hike, while the hydration- and radio- compatibility keep you hydrated and connected to your crew. As the shoulder strap denotes, the Poacher is compatible with Mammut’s Removable Airbag System 3.0 (sold separately). When combined, the vest and airbag offer ultimate versatility and safety for skiers who prefer to hike, sled, or heli to their favorite zones.
