BLIZZARD SHEEVA REVIEW — 2017

The Sheeva is back with its third-straight Editors’ Pick distinction, and received a makeover in the form of an updated core for 2017. Responsive, snappy poplar merges with burlier beech wood for a highly maneuverable build that still boasts the rock-solid stability Blizzard is known for. Unidirectional carbon integrated into the rockered areas of the tip and tail also provides optimal stiffness without any added weight. Traditional camber remains underfoot. All in all, the new construction yields a weight reduction of 15 to 20 percent from last year’s model. One tester summed it up best, stating they were light, versatile and reactive, and a great choice for ladies who “are progressing and want a ski for all conditions.”
