J.D. Kleinke

J.D. Kleinke started skiing at the age of five, snowboarding at the age of 30, telemark skiing at the age of 35 and skiing again at the age of 50. He is the author of four books, most recently "Dudeville," a novel about snowboard mountaineering. His work has appeared in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and numerous other publications. He lives in Half Moon Bay, California, and Portland, Oregon.
