The Suzuki Nine Queens big air competition went off this Saturday in the Tirolian resort of Serfaus. Many spectators were drawn to the site to watch some of the world's best female freeskiers throw down on the impressive Chateaux feature (shown above).

Throughout the week, the women partook in photoshoots and film sessions. These eaely days provide the girls ample time to familiarize themselves with the features prior to the big air event.

After an exciting day of jumping, 'twas Park City's own Ashley Battersby who topped the podium. Watch the top runs here:
