Update: Thursday, April 17 – 7:32 pm MST

After receiving nearly 12 inches of fresh pow overnight here in Breckenridge, day two of #FREESKIERtest proved to be a success. The Breckenridge park crew came through yet again, grooming and raking the Park Lane terrain park into a thing of beauty. The fresh dump of snow provided for soft landings and the bluebird skies popped shortly after lunchtime, providing for an afternoon of epic shred. Our team powered through another huge batch of next year’s top skis, reviewing the latest and greatest from a slew of manufacturers.

With loads of data (ski reviews) accumulated, our editorial team will now sift through the results; the scores and comments will ultimately provide us with our list of Editor’s Picks, to be displayed in the 2016 Buyer’s Guide, available this fall.

For a glimpse of the action, check out the updated gallery above and peep one of our favorite ‘grams from the week, below.

We’re onto our Season Ender Sender at Cecilia’s in Breckenridge tonight. If you’re in town, come on over and get down with our crew and DJ extraordinaire, Berkel Beats. ‘Til next year, Breckenridge, thanks for the good times.

Update: Thursday, April 16 – 7:20 pm MST

Day one of our annual park test is officially in the books. To our surprise, Mother Nature graced Breckenridge, CO with a fresh coat of pow last night, making park shredding a challenge. However, our group of badass testers was able to adapt and overcome the elements; crushing Breck’s Park Lane and Freeway terrain parks all damn day. The rail lines throughout Park Lane are absolutely on point right now, and per usual, the jumps here at Breck are near perfect. With boxes, rails and booters aplenty, our crew slayed from bell-to-bell, lapping every feature available.

Our group of testers this year includes pros and hard charging loc-dawgs alike. As for the brands included in this year’s go ’round, representatives and skis from more than 20 of skiing’s top ski manufacturers are with us for the shindig, including: Revision, Fischer, Scott, 4FRNT, RAMP, K2, Line, Head, Volkl, Armada, Liberty, J Skis, Lib Tech, Nordica, Rossignol, Dynastar, Faction, Roxy, Atomic, Salomon, Icelantic, High Society and Folsom skis.

The next couple of days are bound to rock and roll. Be sure to tune into #FREESKIERtest on all of your social channels and be ready for more awesome content to come.
