Thanks to his creative and badass POV video creations, Andrew Whiteford has earned the nickname “The King of POV.” In episode 8 of his POV series, Dub Tales, Whiteford takes us on a tour of Jackson Hole in December and January, when the snowpack was just starting to solidify. In the video description on Vimeo, Whiteford said that as February progressed, “storm after storm slathered the mountain and it was obvious that ‘It’ was ‘On,’ as people say. I took advantage of some soft landings and worked on one of my tricks, which I call ‘rolling down the windows.’ Feel free to use it on the dance floor.”
Unfortunately, Whiteford injured his MCL and was sidelined for six weeks, but, now that he’s healthy, he will be heading on his first trip to Alaska for some human powered shreddage. Expect some more badass POV footage from that trip, but, for now, enjoy Whiteford’s Jackson badassery.
