Deceivingly strong for how light it is, the Kore 97 W really shines off-piste. The karuba/poplar wood core is sandwiched between triaxial-woven carbon for an incredibly light-yet-responsive ride and graphene is fused in the rockered tip and tail to reduce swing weight without sacrificing stability to plow through variable conditions. Because of the focus on weight savings, this ski is just begging to explore the backcountry but she has no problem navigating the resort, too.
