Joffrey Pollet-Villard and Mike Riddle hit giant hip in Mammoth

October 14th, 2013 by

The folks at Giro teamed up with Mammoth Unbound this spring to build a giant, custom hip. Giro athletes—and two of the smoothest pipe riders in the game—Joffrey Pollet-Villard (JPV) and Mike Riddle rolled into town to throw down on the massive feature, and to test Giro’s Combyn helmet and Blok goggles. The video above showcases some of the action. Of course, the trip wouldn’t have been complete without some U-ditch shredding amid the alpenglow, too—so there’s that.

This new video is part of the Giro Coordinates video series—new episodes dropping throughout the 2013/14 season. For more from Giro, check out and follow Giro on Instagram: @girosnow.
