Shred Alpental, test skis, drink beers and eat BBQ for a good cause on April 17

We’ve always known that evo is an awesome company that puts its consumers first. And they’ve just proved that fact big-time yet again by planning an awesome event for skiers taking place April 17 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Alpental, Washington: AWOL at Alpental.

The event is aimed at giving skiers and snowboarders a private day on the slopes via an affordable signup that comes with an insane amount of perks. For $150, you get to shred Alpental with an exclusive crew, receive free demos of next year’s skis from 12-15 of evo’s best brands, earn automatic entrance into several raffles and get après beers and BBQ. Needless to say, it’ll be an epic day of skiing in Washington that Northwestern skiers shouldn’t miss out on. Perhaps best of all is that all proceeds go to Northwest Avalanche Center (NWAC) to support avalanche and mountain weather forecasting, avalanche education classes and the field observer program.

Skiers, go AWOL on April 17 to get some turns in and support a great cause. You’ll be glad you did.
