Coalision announces sale of Orage to founder and freeski pioneer
Eric D’Anjou and Mike Nick reunite to pursue innovation, style and continued success.

Coalision is happy to announce the sale of Canadian based ski outerwear brand, Orage to brand founder, Eric D’Anjou, and freeski pioneer, Mike Nick.
Eric D’Anjou and Mike Nick are by far the most strategic people to lead the brand and insure continuity and success. “Eric has the Orage brand in his DNA and Mike has a unique and comparable history within the freeski industry. The two know the company, the employees and most certainly the brand better than anyone,” says CEO of Coalision, Bernard Mariette.
In an effort to ensure a seamless transition, Coalision will support the Orage team with all back office and organizational support, and the team will remain in the Coalision head office located in Quebec, Canada for the next year.
“I am thrilled to be back with the Orage team and to lead alongside Mike Nick. I thank Coalision in advance for their support throughout the next year and look forward to investing heavily into design and marketing as we strive to continue the brand’s acclaim worldwide,” says Eric D’Anjou, President of Orage.
Moving forward Coalision will concentrate all its effort on its wellness segment with brands Lolë and Paradox. “This transaction will permit both Orage and Coalision to maximize efforts in their respective business segments,” adds Mariette.
