There’s a lot of negativity around a certain part of the X Games, but my experience is this: beautiful weather (artistically if not perfect for standing around waiting for TV…), amazing athletic performances, dramatic pressure filled situations (with cash on the line well beyond the prize money), friends, experiences and more.
