Everyone knows about the glaciers at Hood and Blackcomb, but if you are looking to do something different this summer, there can be no better way to feed both your jones for snow and the adrenaline addiction that comes with competition than to head over to Switzerland for one of the best events of the Summer. Warren Smith and crew return once again to Saas Fee in what should be an action packed weekend full of strong beer, amazing action in the Big Air comp and a chance for you to compete yourself. SAAS-FEE RIDE 08 – 19th JULY
This summer will once again see many of Europe’s top freeskiers compete in the Allalin Snow Park on the Saas-Fee glacier in Switzerland at the Saas-Fee Ride 08. Last year’s event was seen across the globe with a 24 minute TV programme that surprised many people of just how good summer glacier skiing can be. It has just clocked up over 480 hours of television airtime and has given the athletes at the comp some much deserved publicity. You can watch it now by clicking here

Most athletes will have the opportunity to appear in the 24 minute TV programme that will gain over 400 hours of television air time across the globe. Athletes will also have access to the photography taken of themselves featured in the results pages of the website.
