Update 10/27: Mammoth has suspended operations due to adverse wet weather conditions and quick deteriorating snow. The resort will reevaluate on a daily basis. Check out the latest here

Mammoth opened up on Oct. 16 marking its 2nd earliest open in resort history. Skiers got to shred on possibly some of the best early snow in the country considering Mammoth’s 6ft natural base. Even resort execs were happy, prompting them to let everyone that day ski for FREE!
